He also submitted a memorandum to the medical minister of Nagaland through the Deputy Commissioner with the proposal for procuring a medical grade oxygen plant in Mokokchung which would cater to the needs of all the neighbouring districts in the region.

Deputy Commissioner of Mokokchung, Limawabang Jamir appreciated MCCI for the contribution and said that the Mokokchung District Task Force has resolved to test all returnees to the district for COVID-19 compulsorily for which a huge amount of money would be needed to procure the cartridges that cost Rs.1,360/- a piece. More than 1000 returnees are expected to arrive Mokokchung in the next few days in patches.
