The Mokokchung College of Teacher Education observed its 10th Freshers’ meet on 22nd Oct, 2021 at the college premises with, “Avanzando- moving forward” as its theme.

The programme was chaired by Ms. Jatina and Mr. Muiliba of 3rd semester. Welcome speech was delivered by Dr. Temsurenla, Vice – Principal while speeches on behalf of 3rd semester and Freshers were given by Mr. Imertetba, AGS, MCTESU and Mr. Moalemba respectively.

Smt. T Alemla Longkumer, Principal MCTE exhorted the occasion and encouraged the inductees to sincerely prepare for the journey ahead. She also motivated the student-teachers to be open to learning experiences which will mold them as prospective teachers.

The formal session was followed by informal session which began with introduction from freshers and witnessed a variety of performances from the 3rd semesters. The programme closed with mass prayer.
