The Deputy Commissioner Mokokchung, Shashank Pradap Singh (IAS), informed the General Public not to travel at NH-2 Mokokchung/wokha from 10th July 2022 to 16th July 2022 between 7 p.m to 7 a.m. The prohibition is in view of Public safety and to allow uninterrupted road repair and maintenance work.

          During the restricted period, medium and light vehicles travelling/plying towards Kohima are advised to take the diversion road from Alichen-Mangmetong-Sungro-Doyang-Wokha and those travelling from Kohima to take diversion road from ‘O’ point-Wokha-Doyang-Sungro-Mangmetong-Alichen.
