Deputy Commissioner Mokokchung, Shashank Pradap Singh (IAS), hereby informed to all General Public that the road to Suruhuto via Longsa has been blocked due to heavy landslide. Therefore, all the commuters/public are advised to avoid taking the said route for safety till the road is cleared.

The alternative routes are hereby advised for all forms of light, medium and heavy vehicles bound for Suruhuto and Aghunato.

1. Suruhuto: All vehicles to take diversion via Lumami-Akuluto-Kitsakita-Suruhuto.

2. Aghunato: All vehicles to take diversion via Lumami-Akuluto-Zunheboto-Aghunato.
