The Nagaland Judo Association Mokokchung is organizing a state-level judo tournament for women in Mokokchung town on the 21st of March 2023 as part of the Khelo India 10 Ka Dum Women League under the theme, “Empowering women through sports.” It is an initiative by the Judo Federation of India, the Sports Authority of India (SAI), and the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India. 10 Ka Dum involves organizing tournaments in 10 different sports disciplines in 10 different cities all over India. The Judo tournament will be open only for women under all weight categories. Winners will be awarded certificates and medals.
